Upon the death of Cecilio Moran, one of the partners, José Méndez Fernández, became President of B. Fernández & Hnos. Under his management and that of this work team, the company acquired the distribution of several prestigious brands such as Anheuser-Busch, Hiram Walker & Sons, Scott Paper Co., Geo A Hormel Co., and Clorox Chemical Company, among others.
